1. Using Deal42

By creating an account or using Deal42, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Deal42 is free to use. Access may be introduced gradually, and reasonable usage or safety limits may apply.

Keep your account secure and use only accounts, files, and connected services that you are allowed to access.

2. Your content

You keep your rights in files, records, notes, and other content you provide. You allow Deal42 to process that content only as needed to run the features you request, protect the tool, and provide support.

Do not upload confidential, personal, or third-party material unless you have permission to use it with Deal42.

3. Connected services

Deal42 may let you select or connect content from Google Drive, Dropbox, Airtable, or Notion. Those services remain separate from Deal42 and have their own terms and privacy practices.

Import access does not authorize Deal42 to write back to a source. You may request an Airtable writeback in one action, or explicitly enable automatic writeback for an Airtable connection in Connections. Automatic writeback is off by default. It fills empty mapped fields after a successful analysis while the Control Center is open; pending writes can resume in the same browser. Airtable writeback preserves existing values and verifies the saved values. Notion writeback requires a separate preview and confirmation. Disconnecting a source does not by itself remove content already imported into Deal42.

4. Responsible use

Do not use Deal42 to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• access accounts, files, or systems without permission;
• upload malware or try to bypass security or usage limits; or
• misrepresent Deal42 output as verified fact when it is not.

5. AI outputs

Deal42 uses AI to help review deal information. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts and source material before relying on an output.

Deal42 does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions.

6. Availability

Deal42 is provided free of charge and on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or stop. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, connected services, or the tool itself.

To the extent permitted by law, you use Deal42 at your own risk and Deal42 is not responsible for decisions made from unverified outputs.
