1. Get help

Email support@deal42.ai. If possible, write from the email used for your Deal42 account and include:

• a short description of the problem;
• the page or feature involved;
• the approximate date and time; and
• a screenshot with private deal information removed.

Do not email passwords, API keys, access tokens, session cookies, private links, full pitch decks, or government identification.

2. Account and data requests

You can email support to ask about account access or to request access, correction, export, or removal of information associated with your Deal42 account. Describe the account, file, deal, or result involved.

Deal42 may need to verify your identity and the scope of the request before disclosing, changing, exporting, or removing information. Some requests may require manual work.

3. Connected sources

Disconnecting Airtable or Notion removes Deal42’s saved access for future use. Connecting Google Drive creates only a short-lived authorization held in memory in the current browser tab; Deal42 does not save a Google access token or refresh token. Disconnecting clears that in-tab authorization and asks Google to revoke it. Dropbox file selection likewise does not create a saved source account connection in Deal42.

The Google Meet transcript connector is default-off. If it is separately enabled and you connect it, Google Meet is a saved server-side connection: Deal42 encrypts its access and refresh credentials in a tenant-bound store. Disconnecting Google Meet removes those saved credentials and stops future Deal42 reads through that connection. You can also revoke Deal42 from your Google Account. Disconnecting or revoking a source does not by itself remove a copy already imported into Deal42. Include that copy in a removal request if you want it reviewed as well. Email support@deal42.ai from the address linked to your Deal42 account and identify the provider, file or meeting, and deal or result involved.

4. Security reports

Put “Security report” in the email subject and describe the affected page, possible impact, and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Do not access another user’s data, change data, or include a live secret in the first message.

5. Response time

Deal42 is a free tool, so response times are not guaranteed. Requests will be handled on a reasonable, best-effort basis.
